Pattern on stone from Wada Pond tunnel

7th century Asuka-mura, Toyura In the Toyura district, there are four stones with relief carvings similar to those on the Shumisen-seki. One of these is on the grounds of the Kogenji, and the others were used as part of the construction of a tunnel built in the Edo Period to bring water to the Wada Pond.
